King, Ubisoft, EA, Lucasarts, Disney, Gameloft, and Jagex. Guided by AAA expertise
and a mobile-first flexibility, our games combine the depth of desktop gaming with

In partnership with Sibyl Co., Might Bear is now opening its second studio – in District
1, Ho Chi Minh City. We are recruiting talented bears who share our values to join us. JOB SUMMARY
We invite a personable Senior Game Designer to be a part of our dynamic team.
Your primary role will be to understand the creative vision and deliver a variety of
quality creative assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Devise and propose well-documented designs and fun gameplay features for a
breakthrough multi-platform game.
o Collaborate closely with a product team that consists of programmers,
artists, and developers.
o Manage all creative aspects of the game in a full development cycle: from
pitching ideas to rapid prototyping, pre-production onto test markets, launch,
and beyond.
o Ensure the team is aligned on the vision of the game, and engage the team in
contributing to its designs,
o Iterate, playtest and take in feedback from all sources in order to push the
boundary of the game’s design and feature set constantly.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
o An absolute passion for playing all types of games across multiple genres.
o Comprehensive knowledge of the mobile games industry and game design
theory.
o An eagerness to learn and adapt to the latest player trends.
o Ability to define and articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions clearly.
o Strong analytical skills, expert knowledge of Excel.
o Experience working with game engines such as Unity 3D or similar
development tools.
GOOD TO HAVE
o Multiple shipped titles and experience in the games industry
o Experience in a lead design role
o Extensive content and systems design experience, ideally having creatively
owned complete implementations from concept to delivery.
o Prior experience in community, support, LiveOps, or QA.
o Knowledge of Web3.
o Experience with the Unreal editor.
